OUR STORY
Our founders entered the sector in 1996 by opening a fast food restaurant in Leicester, England. Over time, they continued their operations by opening 17 different branches in cities such as Northampton, Rugby, Hinckley, Leamington SPA in England. In 2010, our company founders, who noticed the lack of fried chicken products in Turkey, decided to expand their operations to Turkey under the MAKFRY brand.
Following intensive R&D studies, Makfry began the patented production of pressure fryers required for Fried Chicken production. It also completed the R&D of breading products, the second main ingredient of Fried Chicken, and filled the gap in the sector with 100% domestic production. MAKFRY GROUP, which produces the necessary equipment and food products for Fried Chicken production, continues to popularize its products with the CTR Chicken restaurant chain brand. It continues to offer new products by considering other deficiencies in the sector with ongoing R&D studies.
Today, CTR Chicken is taking firm steps towards becoming a global brand with 28 countries and more than 100 branches. As the CTR Chicken family, we continue to offer our customers a profitable investment opportunity with our quality and delicious products.
